The ‘A’ Word You Can’t Say On Television (Okay-it’s ‘abortion’)

I’m not so concerned about the reasoning for the nixed abortion episode – but it did lead me to this video of a little ‘table read’ of the episode on you tube. And according to a Women & Hollywood post, ‘abortion’ is a word you NEVER say on television. (Is that true?)

‘Family Guy’ Channels Controversy Onstage

Fox has declined to air two episodes of “Family Guy” during the show’s history. Creator Seth MacFarlane led a reading of the nixed abortion episode in Los Angeles.

It looks like ‘transsexual’ porn is seeping more and more into the mainstream.  Seth Rogen calls the American male’s secret lust for transsexual porn ‘girls’, “The elephant in the America’s room.” I won’t get into my personal perceptions about porn or the broad use of terms like ‘transsexual’, she-male or tranny in pornography.   The world of porn is driven by a force as old as the ripples in the world’s first scum pond.

(ahem) Now that I’ve said I won’t get into my perceptions – let me give you one or three.

1.) Regarding mainstream American subconscious sexuality – as perception of transsexual=gay changes to transsexual=beautiful woman with a strap-on attached, the American porn and sex purchasing males have become and  will continue to be more openly accepting of ‘transsexuals’.

b) This will continue to fortify ‘transsexual’ porn sales and the mainstream perception of all transsexual women and all genetic women as objects of sexual pleasure for straight males.

3.) Please note: As Seth Rogen continues to capitalize on his chauvinist-but-sensitive-not-good-looking-but-really-funnyguy routine, transsexual or trannies or she-males who are not considered ‘beautiful’ are still banished. (unless they are sloppy, funny and have a lot of good dirty jokes, and are dressed like men)

That’s all the perception on porn I can muster – as for the marketshare in media and porn – stats are stats.  Read ‘em and weep – or creep – or peep. Even tho this is a month old, it’s hardly been posted anywhere.

I found this aerobic step video program and thought others might be interested.

You can do it at home with the music on, so it’s really convenient.

I just do the first video step moves right now (but the ‘block’ I use to step on is a cedar chest, so it’s quite a bit higher off the ground, and really is a workout.) I also do some floor exercises.  This is my new routine for the fall – (15 min aerobic workout, 15 minute speech therapy practice) twice a day.

I’ve been getting this layer of fat around my belly and waist in general from the hormones – I’ve never had it before in my entire life – and never felt like I had to do anything to keep it at bay – I think part of the reason my stomach is getting ‘pooched’ is cuz of age.
